Refund Policy

Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly management fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. Work begins at the start of each billing cycle. If you wish to cancel, please provide 30 days written notice as outlined in your service agreement. You will not be charged for the following month after notice is received.

Project-Based Services

For website development, Shopify development and other fixed-scope projects: the initial deposit (typically 50% of project value) is non-refundable as it covers discovery, planning and initial build work. If a project is cancelled after commencement, you will be charged for all work completed to the cancellation date at an agreed day rate.

Ad Spend

Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon) and is not collected by Quvanta. Refunds on ad spend are subject to the respective platform's policies. Quvanta management fees for ad management are separate from ad spend and are governed by the retainer policy above.

Requesting a Refund

To discuss a refund or raise a billing concern, contact us at info@quvanta.com with your company name and the invoice in question. We aim to respond to all billing enquiries within 2 business days.

Disputes

We prefer to resolve any issues directly and promptly. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@quvanta.com before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
